Thermoforming

Meyer Plastics specializes in thermoforming with a diverse range of customers and the many products they require.  Whatever your project needs we can assist from conception to design, prototyping into production.  We become your partner in manufacturing.  A typical project involves a design phase creating a CAD model.  Then we machine a pattern from mahogany or tooling board stock.  The pattern can serve a dual role by using it to mold a sample part and then also using it as the basis to make aluminum water cooled vacuum form tooling.

Once the prototype sample is approved, final specifications are determined, aluminum tooling is cast and finished for quality consistent parts.  We make a mired of industrial machine covers, machine guards, reusable dunnage trays, in-store food displays, medical machine bins, recreational parts for hot tubs, swimming pools, pool tables, etc.  These parts are commonly made from ABS, polyethylene, styrene, PETG, Kydex, TPO, polycarbonate, HIPS, and acrylic.
