DESCRIPTION

Meyer Plastics specializes in fabricating displays for a diverse range of customers and the products they require. Whatever your project we can assist from concept to final design, prototype, into full production. We become your partner to help you get the most out of your display projects. A typical display project starts with a customer’s CAD design. We can also start with a simple sketch or sample part if the CAD model does not exist. We can thermoform, CNC route, 3D Print, or for high volume injection mold, for the most efficient display production. Rather than searching overseas, for the lowest possible cost, consider the whole value chain and what Meyer Plastics can provide.

These projects can usually be completed in a very short time. In store displays are made from ABS, Acrylic, HIPS, Kydex, Polycarbonate, PVC, and PETG.

Equipment

Meyer Plastics has a full stable of 3 and 5 axis routers and vacuum forming machines available to production. Equipment includes over a dozen Thermwood CNC routers approximately half are 3-axis and the other half are 5-axis. All routers have 5’ x 10’ or dual 5’ x 5’ bed sizes. Large production jobs can be tooled up across multiple routers. Our vacuum formers can make parts up to 72” x 96” in size or for smaller displays run multicavity tools.

Lockable Coin Bank:

Material is Clear Acrylic 0.125” gage. Bank is CNC Routed, then Line bent and glued with solvent adhesive. Lastly the edges are flame polished and the lock assembled.

Made from color match acrylic. Lettering is laser cut.
VHS display stand

VHS Tape Display:

Material: Acrylic .125” gage. Pieces CNC Routed and then glued with solvent adhesive and finally flame polish the edges.

Candle Stick Light:

Material is Clear Acrylic 12” tube w Internal 2” Clear Acrylic Rods. Tube was sandblasted for spiral pattern. This project beautified Indianapolis and has been on display for 35 years.
